Shipping Policy

Within Pakistan

• Free delivery on orders above PKR 3000/-
• Standard delivery charges apply for orders below this amount

International Orders

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and package size

Return & Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer refunds.

However, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions:

For Local Orders (Pakistan)

• Items can be exchanged if:
  • They are unused
  • Original tags and labels are intact
• Exchange requests must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery

For International Orders

• Exchanges are only applicable if:
  • You receive the wrong item, OR
  • The product is damaged or defective

Sale Items

• Sale items are not eligible for exchange, except in cases where:
  • An incorrect item has been delivered

Exchange Procedure

To request an exchange:

1. Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and issue details
3. Our support team will guide you through the exchange process

Order Cancellation
